You’ve had the warning signs. No one has given you a roadmap.

Your doctor has flagged the labs, but the appointment ended with general advice and a prescription, not a clear plan.

You’re analytical enough to know this is serious.

You’re too busy to waste time on things that don’t work.

And you’re not willing to leave your long-term health to guesswork.

What you walk away with

  • Clarity

You’ll know precisely how your body responds to food, stress, and sleep, not in theory, but from your own real-time data.

  • Control

Fewer energy crashes. Reduced cravings. Stable blood sugar that supports focus and performance through demanding days.

  • Risk reduction

Measurable movement on the markers that matter, fasting glucose, HbA1c, abdominal fat, before they become a clinical problem.

  • Efficiency

No restrictive diets. No overhaul of your life. Only the changes that are actually necessary, based on what your metabolism shows.

  • Autonomy

A framework you can apply independently, through travel, client dinners, and high-pressure periods, without needing to come back.

  • Lab-ready insights

Key observations to bring to your next medical appointment, so your doctor has something concrete to work with.

How it works

A two-week private engagement. Three structured sessions. Continuous expert oversight between them.

  1. 01

    Setup & context

    Session 1 · 60–90 min

We set up the CGM, review your health history, lab results, and daily constraints. You continue your normal routine, work, travel, dinners out, long office days, while the device records how your body responds.

  2. 02

    First insights & targeted adjustments

    Session 2 · 60 min

We review what the data reveals after one week of CGM wear. Together we identify a small number of targeted changes that will give your the biggest ROI, focused on what works for your schedule and preferences.

  3. Between sessions, direct access

I actively review your data in the background. You reach me directly via WhatsApp or email if something comes up. You are not left waiting or wondering.

  4. 03

    Review & forward strategy

    Session 3 · 60 min

Full review of the complete data set at the end of the two week CGM wear period. You leave with a clear, personalised strategy you can apply independently, and the confidence to make decisions without second-guessing.

Who this is, and isn’t, for

Good fit

  • Doctor has flagged rising blood sugar, HbA1c, high cholesterol, fatty liver, risk of heart disease
  • Busy schedule, no time for group programmes or long courses
  • Data-driven, analytical, you want evidence, not rules
  • Prefer 1:1 expert access over AI-generated recommendations
  • Want to address root causes alongside any medication
  • Willing to make gradual, realistic adjustments, not a full lifestyle overhaul

Not a good fit

  • Looking for a quick fix or a detox
  • Currently managing an eating disorder or food anxiety
  • Want a rigid meal plan without understanding why
  • Not yet ready to make any changes to current habits

“Data without interpretation is noise”

Anna Nicolaou

Certified Nutrition Counsellor · Blood Sugar Specialist

I live with Type 1 diabetes and have worn a CGM continuously since 2018. Despite my body producing no insulin, I maintain non-diabetic blood glucose through precision nutrition, the same principles applied in CGM Genius.

Before retraining in nutrition, I spent years in multinational law firms, where analytical rigour and precision are non-negotiable. That background shapes how I work: no generic advice, no guesswork, no unnecessary complexity.

I’ve accompanied many clients navigating insulin resistance and rising blood sugar, helping them translate real-time data into decisions that fit demanding lives. My role is not to control what you eat. It’s to give you the understanding and tools to make good decisions independently.

Frequently asked

Do I need a CGM before the first session? How do I get one?
Yes, you’ll need one ready to activate on the day of session 1. No prior tech experience needed.  I’ll guide you on ordering it and set it up with you during  our session.  I will suggest the best option available where you live - options differ between countries. (I have no affiliation to any of the CGM providers but like to work with the Freestyle Libre because it allows me to follow your data remotely).
Does it hurt?
Nope. The applicator works in a fraction of a second. Every client says the same thing afterwards: “That was it?” The sensor that stays in your arm is a 4mm soft thread, you won’t feel it.
Is CGM Genius a weight loss program?
No (and yes). Weight loss is never the primary goal. The primary goal is to learn how to eat for health and blood sugar balance, in line with your own metabolism. However, weight loss often comes as a welcome consequence. By balancing blood glucose your body finally becomes able to tap into your fat stores so weight loss becomes possible.
I’m already on medication. Is this compatible?
Yes. CGM Genius works alongside medical care, it doesn’t replace it. Many clients come in already on medication for blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure or other and want to address root causes in parallel. It is possible that your need for medication changes as you adopt new nutritional and lifestyle habits, so we work with your doctor to make sure that your dose is adjusted and that you stay safe.
I am taking (or considering starting) a medication for weight loss. Will this programme help me?
This programme is particularly suitable if you have started or are considering starting a medication for weight loss, it will help you understand your body and adopt lasting good habits to avoid regaining weight if you decide to stop the medication.
I have insulin resistance / (pre)diabetes. Will this program help me?
Yes! If you have been diagnosed with insulin resistance, prediabetes or Type 2 diabetes, this program is exactly what you need. The CGM will give us a lot of information about how the foods you currently eat affect your blood glucose so we will be able to intervene exactly where needed. You get immediate feedback from the CGM when you implement dietary changes and so do not need to wait 3 months until your next blood test to see whether what you are doing is working!
What if I am too busy and cannot do the three 1:1 sessions in two weeks?
Ideally sessions 1 and 2 are one week apart, so that we can evaluate your data at the half point duration of your CGM wear. The third session can be any time after you are done with the 2 week CGM. If you are not able to arrange session 1 and 2 at a one week interval, the best option is to extend the program to the duration of 2 CGMs. This gives you more flexibility as regards the timing of the sessions. We insert the CGM during session 1. We observe the data for 2 weeks. We meet when convenient after the first CGM expires and discuss nutritional interventions based on your data. You put on a second CGM when you are ready to start making changes and we meet after that expires for our final session.
