CGM Genius for Teams

Your team’s next performance advantage is already in their biology. Let's make it visible.

CGM Genius for Teams brings real-time metabolic data and expert guidance on nutrition into your workplace.

Employees discover exactly how their body responds to food, stress, and sleep, and make changes that improve energy, focus, and long-term health within days, not months.

Metabolic health is silently shaping your team’s performance.

Most employees don’t know their blood sugar is working against them.

They feel

Afternoon crash icon

The afternoon crash.

Brain fog icon

The brain fog after lunch.

Fatigue icon

The fatigue that no amount of coffee fixes.

But they don’t connect it to what they ate or how their body processes food.

The result:

  • lost focus
  • lower output
  • more sick days

and a slow drift toward chronic conditions that will eventually cost both your employees and your organisation significantly more to manage.

Real data. Personal to each employee. Results visible in days.

CGM Genius for Teams equips your employees with a continuous glucose monitor, a small, painless sensor worn on the arm for two weeks, and pairs it with expert-led sessions that turn raw data into actionable, personalised insight.

This is not a generic programme. Every employee sees how their body responds to their meals, their stress, their sleep patterns. There is no guessing, no one-size-fits-all advice, no waiting months to see whether something is working.

What employees experience

  • Immediate clarity

Within hours of wearing the sensor, employees see their glucose respond to meals in real time. The connection between what they eat and how they feel becomes undeniable.

  • Personalised guidance

I review each participant’s data and identify the specific changes that will give them the biggest impact, not a generic list of rules, but precise, individual recommendations.

  • Rapid results

Research shows that 91.7% of individuals with suboptimal glucose patterns improve their blood glucose within just 10 days of CGM use.1 The strongest outcomes come from CGM combined with clinician or coach oversight, not data alone.2

  • Lasting behaviour change

A 2024 systematic review of randomised controlled trials found that CGM paired with expert guidance produces sustained dietary improvements, significant weight loss, and improved metabolic markers, even in non-diabetic populations.3

What this means for your organisation

  • Productivity and focus

Stable blood sugar means sustained mental energy throughout the working day. No more mid-morning dips or post-lunch crashes. Employees with improved metabolic health report better concentration, more consistent output, and higher daily energy.

  • Reduced absenteeism

Corporate wellness programmes are associated with a 25–30% reduction in sick leave and absenteeism-related costs.4 Metabolic health is a root driver, when blood sugar is stable, sleep improves, immunity strengthens, and chronic inflammation decreases.

  • Measurable return

Research shows wellness programmes generate €3.27 in medical cost savings and €2.73 in absenteeism cost reduction for every €1 invested, a combined return of nearly 6:1.5

  • A benefit employees actually value

This is not another perk that goes unused. CGM creates an immediate, personal “aha” moment, employees see their own data respond to their own choices in real time. Engagement is intrinsic, not incentivised.

  • Employer brand

Offering a cutting-edge, science-backed metabolic health programme positions your company as a leader in employee wellbeing, a meaningful differentiator for talent attraction and retention.

Anna Nicolaou

Certified Nutrition Counsellor with a practice focused on metabolic health and blood sugar management.

I live with Type 1 diabetes and have worn a CGM continuously since 2018. I maintain non-diabetic blood glucose through precision nutrition, the same principles I apply in CGM Genius.

Before retraining in nutrition, I spent years in multinational law firms, where analytical rigour and clear communication are non-negotiable. That background shapes how I work: structured, evidence-based, and with zero tolerance for vague advice.

I launched CGM Genius as a private programme for individuals and have since guided clients across Europe in using real-time glucose data to improve their metabolic health. CGM Genius for Teams is the natural next step: bringing that same depth of expertise to the workplace.

When you engage CGM Genius for Teams, I personally review your employees’ data, lead the sessions, and provide individual guidance. This is a direct, expert-led engagement. There is no generic AI-generated content, no middleman, and no platform for you to manage.

Low effort for HR. High impact for your team.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

We discuss your team, your goals, and the logistics. I design a programme format that fits your organisation, group sessions, individual follow-ups, or a combination. Online or in-person.

  2. 02

    Setup and launch

Employees receive their CGM sensors and join a structured onboarding. I guide them through setup and provide context on what to expect during the two-week monitoring period.

  3. 03

    Expert-led sessions

Over the programme duration, I lead sessions where we analyse real data together, identify each person’s key patterns, and make targeted, practical recommendations. Employees continue their normal routines, work, travel, meals out, while the sensor captures how their body responds.

  4. 04

    Results and forward strategy

Each participant walks away with a clear, personalised understanding of their metabolism and a practical strategy they can apply independently, through travel, client dinners, and high-pressure periods.

  5. Flexible format

Whether you have 10 employees or 1000, I tailor the programme to your team’s size, schedule, and goals. Programmes can run as a one-off engagement or as recurring cohorts throughout the year. Delivered in-person in Belgium, and online, wherever your team is based.

Frequently asked

What is a CGM?
A continuous glucose monitor is a small sensor applied painlessly to the upper arm. It measures blood glucose levels every minute for two weeks, sending data to a smartphone app. Originally developed for diabetes management, CGMs are increasingly used for prevention by individuals who want to understand and optimise their metabolic health, as well as by athletes to improve performance. Insertion is quick and painless.
What is the time commitment for employees?
1 hour a week over 3 weeks. The programme is timed around the two-week duration of a CGM. Session 1 is a group session. Sessions 2 and 3 can be arranged in either a group or 1:1 format. Timing is flexible to ensure minimum disruption to the working day. Employees continue their normal routine, they just need to log what they eat in the CGM’s app.
Do employees need a medical prescription?
No. The CGM sensors used in this programme are available without prescription and are suitable for anyone interested in understanding their metabolic health.
Is this suitable for all employees?
The programme is open to any employee interested in understanding and improving their metabolic health. It is as valuable for prevention as it is for those who have already received medical warnings about their metabolic health. It is not, however, suitable for individuals managing an eating disorder.
Can this run alongside our existing wellness benefits?
Absolutely. CGM Genius for Teams complements any existing wellness programme. It adds a layer of personalised, data-driven insight beyond that provided by general wellness programmes.
How is this different from wellness apps or online nutrition programmes?
Two things set CGM Genius for Teams apart. First, the data is entirely personal, each employee sees how their own body responds, not generic averages. Second, the data is interpreted by a qualified expert who provides personalised recommendations, not by an algorithm. Research consistently shows that expert-guided CGM produces significantly better outcomes than data alone.2
Can the programme be repeated for new employee groups?
Yes. Organisations can choose to run the programme in cohorts, for example, quarterly, so that different teams or new employees can participate over time.
What languages is the programme available in?
English, French, Greek, and Russian. Sessions can be conducted in the language most comfortable for participants.
